I've just received the following email from them:

Hi ****,

Thanks once again to you all for signing up to our Beauty Panel.
As promised we have a consumer trial we need your help with!
The first 60 people to send their contact details, including full postal address to the email address below will be eligible for testing.

As always, once the online survey has been completed, you will receive a bundle of free goodies as a massive thank you for taking part.
Once we have received your reply we will send you a link to the survey.

You have to be a beauty panel member for this. I'm not sure who gets the free bundle of goodies; everyone or the successful 60 product testers. It just says that they'll send a link to the survey on receipt of a reply.

Thats a shame sarah1972. Mine went through fine.

I used a hotmail account. Could it be some filtering your end, or the particular type of email account used? Might be worth using a different one.

Perhaps they've been inundated.

I've not heard anything yet. If anyone has been successful it would be great to know.

Thanks for posting, I just got an email to say they are sending products out today.:T

I'm really pleased, I tested one of their products last year and got a really nice bundle of masks as a thank you.
