I need a sports bra, however, not sure how the sizing works.
Do you just buy the size you get in a regular bra, or do you need to get measured?

i bought the shock absorber max from simply yours when I started kickboxing as with a 34e chest I dint need them boucing around when I was kicking and punching never mind during the warm up running etc!!!
I ordered 32E as it was the closest to my size that was available, and its fabulous, my boobs literally didnt move at all, strapped in nice and tight. I actually slept in it a couple weeks ago when my boobs hurt from pmt!!!
The shock absorber one I bought is now (typically!!) on sale on the simply yours website, depending on your price range.

I'm usually a 36f in a balconette/full cup bra & a 36ff in a plunge bra.
I am suspecting I would buy 36f in a sports bra?0 -
I usually buy a size smaller in sports bras than I need in normal bras. Different makes are different though so I always buy where I can try on, unless I'm just getting the same again in which case you can get better deals online.0
