Amazon - Hellman's Sandwich Book

Like many people here I used the discount voucher offering a free Hellman's sandwich book and p+p. I purchased an additional book with the order.

The latter was dispatched, but I still haven't received the sandwich book. To be honest I don't want the book and only ordered it for the discount code. Can I cancel the order without having to pay the full price and P+P for the book I did want and received?

You won't ever receive the book, because they went out of stock months ago, and they aren't making any more. To be honest, the best course of action would just be to leave the order open. If/when they eventually close it themselves, they will have no right to charge you extra postage for the book you did receive.

Hi Yes you can - this is what I did, in fact it meant I got my item even cheaper!
They applied the discount and the free P&P already, so you may as well cancel it

Ring amazon customer services on the free phone number
08002796620 and complain and say that i never had any problems and all that stuff and they will hopefull give u a credit of 10 quid..
