Who can enter

Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, and online via the www.itv.com website as stated in the ‘This Morning’ programme (the “Programme”) on Monday 23 July 2012.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at 5pm on Sunday 2 September 2012.

· Prize Draw closes for entries online at 7.30am on Friday 7 September 2012.

How to enter & cost of entry:

To enter this Prize Draw, simply submit your name and personal contact information via:

· Online – go to www.itv.com/thismorning and follow the instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number provided.

· PRTS Phone - call 09041 61 92 22and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

· SMS text – send a SMS text to 63323with the keyword "CASH"; up to 6 entries per phone number. The keyword is not required information so SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number. Entrants who send a second SMS text to 63323by the competition closing date and time will receive an additional, third entry into the competition without charge. This process may be repeated to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s first two (2) SMS text entries costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message.

The Gadget Pack will be delivered to the winner’s address in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man. It is the responsibility of the winner to obtain permission from the homeowner before accepting the prize. Failure to obtain such permission may result in forfeiture of the prize.



The Gadget Pack includes a manufacturer's guarantee in respect of each gadget. The Gadget Pack is as stated and excludes supplementary products and services, additional accessories, set-up, installation or removal of existing products, transportation (other than delivery of the prize to the winner’s address in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man), Wi-Fi or other internet connection, additional power supply, USB cable, storage fees, mis-delivery costs, insurance, taxes and additional fees, and all expenses, charges and costs. Each item in the Gadget Pack is subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer and/or supplier, as applicable.



The Quadzilla Road Legal Buggy ("Buggy") prize must be registered for use on public roads. Current driving license, appropriate insurance and safety equipment required for road use. The winner is responsible for registering and insuring the Buggy and all other costs associated with taking up the Buggy prize.
