Who can enter

Prize Draw open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw opens for entries via PRTS, SMS and online via the www.itv.com/thismorning website as stated in the ‘This Morning' programme (the “Programme”) on Monday 16 July 2012.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at 5.00 p.m. on Sunday 2 September 2012 as stated in the Programme.

· Prize Draw closes for entries online at 07.30 a.m. on Friday 7 September 2012.

How to enter & cost of entry:
To enter this Prize Draw, simply submit your name and personal contact information via:

· PRTS Phone - call 09041 61 98 88and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

· SMS text – send a SMS text to 65430stating the word "CAR"; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number. Entrants who send a second SMS text with their answer to 65430by the competition closing date and time will receive an additional, third entry into the competition without charge. This process may be repeated to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s first two (2) SMS text entries costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message.

· Online – go to www.itv.com/thismorning and follow the instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number provided.

Prize:
There is one prize consisting of:

Cash: A cheque for £30,000 (thirty thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the entrant only. A signature may be required for delivery; and

Holiday: A seven-night trip for the winner and three companions to the Villa Hippo Feliz, Guadalmina Alto, Marbella.The prize includes return economy flight from either London Gatwick, Manchester, Birmingham or Glasgow airport to Malaga airport based on four people sharing. The prize provider will arrange either return transfers from the airport in Malagato the villa or for a hire car to be available for collection from Malaga airport. The prize must be booked and taken within 12 months of winner confirmation. The winner's preferred dates of travel are subject to availability. The winner and their companions must each hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Spain. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (ii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider.

If car hire is provided the winner or one of the winner’s companions must be aged 21 years or over in order to drive the car. The car shall be collected from and returned to the airport of arrival in Malaga. The car includes unlimited mileage, fully comprehensive insurance (any excess cover shall also be provided) and excludes fuel.

Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over at all times when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guideline. It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to and ensure that their companions adhere to the local laws in Spain including but not limited to the legal age limit for driving, which is 21. The prize excludes ground transport in the UK to and from the airport, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, travel insurance, visas, vaccinations and all other costs and expenses. Upon booking the winner will be bound by and subject to the Solmar Villas Limited booking terms and conditions, which are available at http://www.solmarvillas.com/Content/BookingConditions.aspx; and

Car: A MINI Cooper Roadster 1.6 (2 door) in Pepper White with Cloth Cosmos Black interior. The prize includes first registration fee and road tax for the first year. The car will be delivered within 28 days of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the car and current driver’s licence. The winner is responsible for insuring the car and all other costs associated with taking up the prize.

Winner selection & contact:

· The first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize, subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions.

· The draw will take place within no more than 48 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.

· The winner will be contacted as soon as practicable on or after the draw date in accordance with Clause 4.2 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms.

With Car, cash and holiday prizes can you still enter if you do not have a drivers licence but want to give it to someone (family member) who does have a licence if you was to win?

I can't find the link to this competition - i think it's taking me to the previous competition which had a question.
Even when i go through the website myself - it seems to only show me the previous comp?
Anyone else having this problem?

just had this reply The person entering the competition is asked to input all their details, so therefore the prize is eligible in their name only.

As this prize is for a car in this instance you must hold a current UK driving licence.
