CSA sent me the (NRP) a cheque - IDIOTS

I have been dealing with this ignorant organization for nearly 15 years now, and I always knew it was disorganized.
Have always paid my way>
But today I received a cheque from them. Even though I owe them 0000 pounds.
I spoke to them last week and they told me my case was closed.
I spoke to them tonight and it is not closed - my assessment has doubled.
IDIOTS.
Word of warning to anyone thinking of becoming a Dad in this country - Get a Vasectomy NOW.
EDIT: It's got so bad - I record all my conversations with them - You would laugh if I could post them on here!
