The ‘60 Days of Summer’ promotion (the "Promotion") is open to residents of the UK only (excluding the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Republic of Ireland) aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
The Promotion will run from 3 July 2012 to 31 August 2012.
A maximum of one entry into the promotion can be logged per day from one Facebook profile
An additional daily entry will be added to your Facebook profile if the promotion is shared via the ‘Share’ mechanic enabled within the application
To play the Promotion, participants must simply download the app on Facebook and select one of the displayed bird houses
Each participant cannot win more than one prize. Winners will be chosen at random from the application.
No cash or other alternative, except that, in the event of circumstances out of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part thereof) with one of equal or greater value.
The prize can only be redeemed by the person who wins it and may not be transferred or sold to any other person or third party.
In order to claim a prize, users will be notified of their win within the application and asked to submit contact details. All prizes will be posted within 21 days of being claimed and travel requirements agreed.
All prizes must be claimed at the time they are awarded within the app. The promotion will not keep a profile of your prize wins in order to claim at a later date.
The prize winners' names will be made available by sending a stamped SAE marked "60 Days of Summer Promotion" to SCOTRAIL DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT MANAGER, SCOTRAIL, ATRIUM COURT, 50 WATERLOO ROAD, GLASGOW, G2 6HQ
In the event that any winner is unable to accept the prize for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to reallocate the prize on a fair and random basis as it sees fit, in which case the original winner will forfeit any rights to a prize and no exchange or alternative prize will be offered.
Winners may be required to participate in press and media activity surrounding the Promotion.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss or injury as a result of participation in the Promotion or prize acceptance.
Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion.
