Part 1: Terms and Conditions specific to ‘Always-on Free Prize Draw’ mechanic and prizes
The ‘Always-on’ Free Prize Draw allows participants to take part once a day only by either scanning a QR code or entering a unique code on www.facebook.com/sonyxperiagb. The ‘Always-on’ Free Prize Draw is live for the entire duration of the Xperia™ Unleashed’ Campaign: 00.01 on Monday 9th July 2012 and runs until 17:00 on 23:59 03/08/2012.

1) You (hereinafter “You or the “Participant”) need to scan an QR code, using a QR reader on your smartphone or download using suggested links in paragraph 2 of General Terms & Conditions below. Once the QR code has been scanned, you will be taken to a mobile site. Any winners will be notified instantly on the landing page on the mobile site, after having scanned the QR code.
There are 75 prizes to be won every day via ‘Always-on’ QR code point of entry. Prizes include pairs of cinema tickets, voucher downloads which will be randomly allocated. Subject to change throughout the Campaign. Winners will be notified via email and prizes will be posted to winners within 28 days.

2) There are unique codes hidden at various on and offline locations and clues to these locations will be seeded on www.twitter.com/xperiaunleashed and on www.facebook.com/sonymobileuk. Part 2 : Terms and Conditions specific to ‘Weekly Hero Competition’ mechanics and prizes
There will be four (4) main Hero Competitions running for four (4) consecutive weeks. These Terms and Conditions cover the first promotional week and the first Hero Competition ONLY;
1.1 The first weekly competition will be live from 09:00 on 9th July 2012 and runs until 16:00 on 13th July 2012.
The Mechanic: There are 22 QR codes hidden at both on and offline locations and clues to these locations will be seeded on www.twitter.com/xperiaunleashed. To participate, you (hereinafter “You or the “Participant”) need to enter the Competition by finding 3 QR codes, at 3 different locations, scan each individual code using a QR reader on your smartphone or download a reader using suggested links in paragraph 2 of General Terms & Conditions below. Once the QR code has been scanned, you will be taken to a mobile site which will display the number of bots collected. When you have collected all 3, you will be taken to a data entry form.
To be entered into the Competition, you must also complete the entry form by submitting your: First name, surname, email address along with agreeing to these terms.
At the end of the promotional will there will be a prize-draw to randomly select 5 winners whom will be notified by email within 5 working days after the promotion has ended at 16:00 on 13th July 2012 and the prize will be posted to the winners.
The Prize: Five (5) prizes for a MISTAJAM DJ CLASS. Each of five (5) prizes is valid for one (1) person only.
The Prize experience: the DJ ‘Masterclass’ will take place in London on Thursday 19th July at a location and time to be specified. Sony Mobile will contact the winners directly to confirm the location and time of the class. Location and time arrangements are at the discretion of the organizer (Sony Mobile).
Winner availability: Winners must be available on the date of Thursday 19th July 2012 to be able to take part. There are no alternative prizes for winners who are not available on this date.
Winner travel allowance: the promoter will book and pay for winner travel costs up to £150. The promoter will issue tickets to the winners directly. Accommodation is excluded from this prize. Winners must make their own way from connecting stations within London to the location of the class. The promoter will not be liable for providing any additional travel such as taxis. Winners are responsible for fulfilling the travel arrangements made by the promoter. The promoter will not compensate for any travel due to winner missing pre-booked trains, flights or coaches.
Winner fulfillment: A representative from Sony Mobile communications agency iris Worldwide will contact the winners directly (upon provision of a valid email address and telephone number) to secure their place on the DJ Masterclass.

Part 3: Terms and Conditions specific to ‘Daily Competition’ mechanics and prizes
During the first promotional week, there will be six (6) daily competitions running from Tuesday, 10/07/2012, to Sunday, 15/07/2012, with the first starting at 10:00 10/07/2012 and last one finishing at 16:00 15/07/2012. Each of these daily competitions will run between 10:00 and 16:00, unless an individual competition rule states otherwise.
These Terms and Conditions cover the first promotional week ONLY of the Xperia™ Unleashed Campaign.

There are twenty (20) QR codes hidden at both on and offline locations and clues to these locations will be seeded on www.twitter.com/xperiaunleashed. To participate, you (hereinafter “You or the “Participant”) need to find the QR codes, scan the QR code using a QR reader on your smartphone or download a reader using suggested links in in paragraph 2 of General Terms & Conditions below. We will randomly select one hundred (100) winners from successful submissions.
The Prize: One hundred (100) prizes. Each prize is a £10 voucher to be used for Sony Entertainment Network only. No cash alternative available.
Competition is open from 10:00 11/07/12 and closes at 16:00 on 11/07/12.
Winners will be notified by email within 5 working days after the promotion has ended at 16:00 on 11th July 2012 and the prize will be posted to the winners.
2.3 12th July
There are 10 Xperiabots hidden at both on and offline locations and clues to these locations will be seeded on www.twitter.com/xperiaunleashed. If you are one of the first 10 for each Xperiabot to scan, you will win.
If you have won, you will be taken to a data entry form which must be completed and fully submitted in order to claim the prize.

2 The Promoter’s decision will be final and binding on the entrants and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners and/or the prizes. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of you entering the competition or accepting the prize.
3 By entering, the winners agree that if they are chosen as a prize winner, they will allow the Promoters to use their name, photograph, video, voice recording and general location for their publicity and news purposes during this and any future promotions or advertising.
