cca's requested, advice please

ok, got 3 creditors
all cards taken out before 2007, all 3 been in hands of dca for approx 4 years
requested copies of cca agreements from all three in april.
card 1. bal 4500 - nothing back except letter saying dca still waiting from mbna for original
card 2. bal 2000 - copies of statements back and cca UNSIGNED
card 3. 1500 bal - photocopy of signed cca back
unsure where to go from here, am still paying them all monthly through dmc at moment

Who was the MBNA one originally with?
Mine was alliance and Leicester taken out 2004 ish And i have a letter saying they can't find it.
Who are cards 2 and 3 and when were they taken out?:beer:0
