Kids' Stuff?

If you go bankrupt, do they take the kids' stuff? I haven't got any assets at all (no mortgage, car etc) just a tablet, kindle and a few rings. About £500 worth of stuff I think. The kids have an xbox and a tv though.

NO they will not. The kids stuff belongs to them, not you, and are not therefore assets available for your bankruptcy.
The OR was not interested in my computer and because you are allowed to keep those things required for basic living none of the household furniture or equipment was touched. Indeed they did not even visit to have a look, they just asked if I had anything of value - I asked if they wanted to know about my tools and was simply told “No”.
The point is most household goods are not worth collecting and selling. By the time the OR has paid valuers, transport, and various agent fees they would actually be out of pocket, so they don’t bother.
I think the guide is any item worth over £1,000.0
