1. This promotion is open to all GB residents (England, Scotland, Wales) over 18 excluding employees and their immediate families of PepsiCo (the “Promoter”), its affiliated companies, their agents or other persons professionally connected with the draw.
2. By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. No purchase necessary, however internet access is required.
4. The opening date for receipt of entries is 00.01am on 25th June 2012 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 11.59pm on 3rd July 2012.
5. To Enter: visit the NakedJuiceUK page on Facebook and Like the page. You can then play the game. You will get one free go at the game per day, however those entering a unique code, found on postcards handed out by the Naked Juice sampling team in London (various locations), can enter it to gain a 2nd additional game play. You will get a 3rd further game play if you opt to share your play on your Facebook page via the prompted process.
6. To Play the Game: Choose a Naked flavour from the selection shown on screen. Begin the horizontal movement of the grabber arm by pressing the spacebar once. Then press the space bar to commence the vertical movement of the spacebar. Choose the fruit you wish to grab and press the spacebar to release the grabber and attempt to grab the piece of fruit. Those successfully grabbing fruit will be notified of their prize via an on screen message along with instructions on how to claim. Each successful play will win a prize (up to 3 plays per day in accordance with clause 5 of these terms and conditions).
7. Online Game Prizes:
   • a. 98% of plays will win a £1 off coupon redeemable against any Naked Juice in Sainsbury’s or Starbucks.
   • b. 1.9% of plays will win a “free” product coupon (worth up to RRP of £2.50) redeemable against any Naked Juice in Sainsbury’s or Starbucks
   • c. 0.04% of all plays will win a £25 retail voucher to use against summer accessories redeemable at asos.com
   • d. 0.04% of all plays will win a £25 retail voucher to be used against Designer Flip Flops redeemable at asos.com
   • e. 0.02% of all plays will win a voucher code to be used as a £120 discount on designer sunglasses of the winners choosing at https://www.shadestation.co.uk
8. Daily Draw Prize: 1 x winner each day for each of the 40 days of the promotion will win a delivery to his/her office containing 50 bottles of Naked Juice Green Machine and some beach balls. Deliveries will be organised with the winner and arranged on one of eleven days between 9th July 2012 and 10th August 2012. Applicable to addresses within the M25 only.
9. Final Prize Draw: 1 x 5 night holiday to Santa Monica, USA for 2 people. Includes return economy flights from London to Los Angeles, return airport transfers between the airport and hotel in Santa Monica, USA only or compact car hire in Santa Monica, USA only for the duration, $1000 spending money (issued as the $USD in the form of either cash, pre-paid card or cheque – the choice will be at the discretion of the winner) and 5* accommodation (twin/double room on a room only basis) in Santa Monica, USA and comprehensive travel insurance (excluding pre-existing medical conditions)
10. The Draws:
    • a. The daily draws will be conducted within 24 working hours of each closing date.
    • b. The final draw for the holiday will be conducted within 7 days of the closing date.
11. For your total confidence, this Promotion operates in a secure manner using random odds supervised by an independent person. All draws will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.
12. All winners will be given the opportunity to enter either the next available daily prize draw, the final grand prize draw or both by completing their details on screen.
13. Entrants may play the game a maximum of three times per day. One play per day is granted automatically. One bonus play is given per promotional code and for sharing your play on your Facebook page via the prompted process
14. Winners of the daily or final draw will be contacted via email and will have 14 days from the initial notification date to claim their prize. In the event that a winner does not claim their prize within the period, the Promoter reserves the right to select another entrant at random.
15. Winners of a money-off coupon will need to follow the instructions shown on screen to download the coupon.
16. Please allow 28 days for delivery of the physical prizes, which will be delivered to the winners’ designated email (or postal address where selected)
17. The winner of the holiday will be contacted within 28 days of accepting the prize by the Promoter to arrange the holiday.
18. Additional Travel Conditions for the Holiday:
    • a. Holiday locations and dates are subject to availability. Travel will be subject to flight and hotel availability at the date of booking the trip. The Promoter accepts no responsibility in relation to the prize winners’ conduct or their guest’s conduct once the prize/s are claimed by the winner.
    • b. Winners are asked to provide two choices of departure at least 6 weeks prior to departure.
    • c. One person travelling must be over the age of 18.
    • d. Holiday must be taken before 31st August 2013, excluding Thanksgiving (22-25 November 2012), Christmas and New Year (15 Dec 2012 - 1 Jan 2013), Easter (27 March 2013 – 2 April 2013) and US and UK Bank Holidays. Stays must include a Saturday night.
    • e. All travel must be booked at least 6 weeks prior to the winners’ preferred departure via the Promoter’s travel agent (Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd).
    • f. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by the promotional agent.
    • g. All travel is subject to the airlines standard terms and condition. Once booked, flights cannot be altered or amended and not refunds are possible.
    • h. Flights cannot be used in conjunction with any airline loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or vouchers(s), promotion(s) or special offer.
    • i. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from the home to the airport, gratuities, meals or other travel expenses unless otherwise stated, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated for winner and guest.
    • j. Passports and Visas are the responsibility and cost of the prize winner (minimum 6 months validity beyond return date). For all US trips, UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US Embassy, which can be applied for online prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be refused boarding at check in or turned back from the US upon arrival without exception. The Promoter or Cloud Nine cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation.
    • k. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.
    • l. The prize winner and their party (where applicable) are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable).
    • m. The Promoter or Cloud Nine will accept no responsibility for hotels / tours / transport companies etc. being withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, Cloud Nine will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.
    • n. Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier.
    • o. Comprehensive travel insurance is included in the prize; however it does not cover pre-existing medical conditions. In the event that cover is not granted an equivalent cash allowance will be provided so adequate cover can be sought. This will be the prize winner’s responsibility and proof of insurance will be required prior to departure. Car Hire is fully comprehensive and includes collision damage waiver and $1 million of third party liability cover. A valid credit card may be required by the car rental company to secure the booking.
19. The prizes are non-transferable, non refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. Asos.com vouchers are only redeemable online and requiring a valid asos.com account, which is free to open.
21. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, corrupted or delayed. No responsibility will be taken for technical, telecommunication or website error, proof of entry is not proof of receipt.
22. Naked Juice Coupons must be redeemed by 10th August 2012
23. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age, and other relevant details of a participant.
24. Entries must be made by the participant, and must not be made through agents or third parties. Proof of identity may be requested. No bulk, third party or organised group entries will be accepted.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
26. Winners may be required to take part in related publicity.
27. The names and counties of the major winners will be available between 4th August 2012 and 4th September 2012 by sending a SAE to Naked Juice Winners List, PO Box 101, Leigh, Lancs, WN7 1WQ.
28. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent.
29. By entering this Promotion you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

By entering the Promotion, the participant agrees to release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or with the acceptance, possession, attendance at or use of any prize (except death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).
