I get 'unsupported format' when I try to upload a jpg. Can anyone help please - don't know what I should be doing differently.

I am having the same problem, I have left loads of messages, they say it is fine, then they will look into it, but will not load
In chrome it says wrong format, which it is not, upload button will not work in FF and in IE9 when it eventually loads and I press enter it tells me to upload a picture

I couldn't get it to work in IE9 but ok in FF. If the picture is the wrong format try resizing it which you can do by clicking on the picture you want then edit then properties & resize. I find that works for me if the pictures are too large in the first place

A huge thank you to Gino for posting the comp. Anna Ryder Richardson chose my quirky kitchen design as last week's kitchen with personality. I thought my prize was a set of espresso cups for some reason so was over the moon when the postie delivered a DeLonghi espresso & cappuccino machine this morning. As one of the weekly winners I'm now in line for the big cash prize at the end of the comp so fingers crossed & thanks again Gino xxx
