    Hi Purdy

I loved the baskets you made up for Mothering Sunday and it has given me the idea to make some up for my kids for Easter.

I was just wondering where you got the paper and ribbons that are wrapped around the baskets?

The cellophane was from a florist wholesaler. My aunt is into floristry and she got it for me. I believe I paid about £10 for 120m.
The pink florist ribbon was a few quid a couple of years ago. I bought it when I got married. I think it was about £3 for 100yds.
The cream ribbon has wire in it. Again, it didn't cost alot but I got alot less for my money.

They are really pretty - well done.

I did similar for my Mum except I wrapped everything individually in gold paper then put it all in a gold box tied with ribbon - it was like pass the parcel, but the parcel didn't move!

    They're lovely Purdy :T

I made one up for my mum-in-law simply because I didn't know what to get her (the dreaded has everything syndrome) I filled it with things she likes, chocs, bubble bath, a CD small, bottle of wine etc, cellophaned it up and tied it with a big red bow, she was thrilled.
