Thanks Fortune, not 100% happy but then who is? At the moment my focus is on September and sadly I have become that person working pay check to pay check
:rotfl: Beanie
Ended up something like this... £150 all in to CC, £20.00 shoe boxes, £10.00 xmas gift, £30 in town (meal plus shampoo/handwarmers and some treats in Lush), £10 college (a study aid we will be working from, its £25 online), £34 petrol (more hours come at a price) and BT took their bill early  but I put asside money for that prior.
So have £20.xx leftThat is one christmas gift that I will order on Fri depending on pay.

38/45 = 84% = C :j I am on track... But that has come at a price, I am now doing less Swag'in and more Maths. I am now averaging 1.5 hours per day studying. I am totally not worried about that though I NEED to pass this exam more than I need the odd £5 amazon voucher. This is for the bigger picture.
Have a good week all :T0 -
Hi pap, yes you are right, long term maths GCSE is the key to having a profession, and more life choices. Surely 84% is more than a C? Anyhow you seem to be making great progress to me. Onwards and upwards.0

Hey Toots, yes much more worthwhile than some possesions cluttering up my piece of the world. The max mark you can gain on the foundation level is a C hence the mark. I think you needed 71% or above for a C, I think. Yes its hard though, I am not going to lie but the books I am working through alongside college is helping. Thats why I couldn't turn down the offer they were doing for the new one. I have also decided I will be taking 14 days holiday during the exam period. That gives me 5 days before the first exam, 3 days between the 1st and 2nd and then 3 days between the 2nd and 3rd. Its a lot of holiday to use up but I believe it will be worth whileskint_spice wrote: »Well done PAP, it will all be worth it in the end.

Pay this week has gone something like... bills/rent/petrol/christmas gifts/food while working (weekend)/chrsitmas gifts on behalf of Mum.
Min payment to debt in three weeks is £35 but Mum owes me £48 as I have ordered/purchased some gifts on her behalf so thats going straight to that and this weeks pay I am hoping to pay £50 off too
Christmas is nearly done, I have spent £32.06 + £30 for Mum's 'big' gift. I think I have another £35 to go plus something else for Mum. So I thought £70-£80 with Mums gift but as the min went from £10 to £20 with siglings its a bitmore. Still anything under £100 will be good... However Black Friday Amazon deals are soon
One positive is my credit limit has been increased - not that it bothered meBut it means I am now 'Gold' status and my interest rate has dropped dramatically! Now I am unsure if that is current balance or spends here on in, either way its much better.
Have a good week all :T0 -
Sounding positive

Thanks Beanie... except no work for a week now. Will lose approx 30hrs min + overtime. Annoyed but health comes first and if the Doc say's no work, no work it is...
So £15 on my cc for tablets  Now I am annoyed I orderd those gifts for Mum. Still hindsight etc etc. This means I will hold off for any debt payment this week as I will need the wage for next too. This week's wage needs to cover - 3* bills, 3* rent, 2* petrol = £320  I can't see that happening but still we shall see. If need be Mum said I can drop a rent payment next week as she gets payed and can add it to the following weeks for a month. I should get SSP but I am edging on the side of caution that I won't, best to be safe than sorry
So no black friday deals here and will be touch and go for the reamining gifts now
Have a great weekend all :j0 -
Pap~As you say your health comes first.
Don't worry about gifts.
