  • Ahh that's not too bad :D

Didn't pay for the shoeboxes, thank heavens because I now have an £80 garage bill on Monday :o   One of my 'arms' on my wheel has cracked and they have advised me not to drive it, that will be the cost of fixing it on Monday.

So with that plus putting £20 aside for my CC next week I am left with very little. I will have to use some money over the weekend for lunch in the middle of my shift because I can't come home and will be working alongside someone else. So no real debt repayment this week but on track to make the min next week, plus more.

Hope everyone has a good weekend :)

    Bleeping cars

It is a pain Beanie but at least its not too bad that it has to force me deeper into debt. Thankfully it's covered by this weeks wages but I could prob not handle something else going wrong before new year. Yes universe! No more car problems please ;)

Forgot that I needed a phone topup... Certainly skint now!

So have finished my xmas list's will prob need approx £70-£80 but mainly because we are clubbing together to get Mum a big gift. That works out better anyways because I usually spend £100-£150 on her alone.

Need to have an early night as out all day tom/sunday as I can't get home :o
  • So after a rubbish week I think I am finally out the other side, only a 14hr day to go :o

Pay went something like this... rent/petrol/garage/bills/phone top up/£27 for CC (sending tomorrow)/£10 (college for revision book we will be using alongside the course)/£10 for food last weekend, shampoo, printing @ library, stamp/£10 for Mum's xmas gift.

Pay tomorrow will go something like this... rent/bills/phone top up/£10 Mum's xmas gift/£23 CC (with above)/£20 meal out with mum and hopefully some work shoes in there too :undecided Thankfully no petrol needed.

Finally purchased some boots, the ones I originally wanted were out of stock so went with these in the end. I know they are 'kids' but the backs are what I prefered cost £20.34 after my 20% off code but were free with my Swag vouchers :T Lets hope they are ok, the review's seem fine.

Had a maths test on Tuesday and think I did ok, maybe one or two slips but otherwise not too bad :D

Nice boots Pap, leather is always the best for really waterproof boots. Every week you are making real progress towards your goals. good luck with the test.
  • Thanks Beanie, Toots they look great and I can't wait to get them and go walking in the fields. Walking in a concrete jungle with a dog just doesn't cut it and I can't walk with Mum as we only have one pair of boots between us.

The result of working a hard 6 day week, even though I did some of it without a car means bumper pay :j Its mileage week too so thats great.

So after phone top up (£10), new shoes for work (£10), another £10 to mum's xmas gift, £40 bills, £40 rent, £50 CC, and £4 on coffee and a muffin yesterday (first xmas coffee of the year :shhh:) I still have £217.43 left

So I am thinking... £100 CC, £20 meal with mum ish, £20 shoes boxes (donation so I can drop them off), maybe one/two xmas gifts and the rest saved for next week/bills etc.

Now why can't all my weeks pay be like this??
  • Hi PAP. Just popping in to say "Hi" Lovely to hear you sounding so upbeat and making good progress.
