When we start out on the DFW trail we do loads of "big stuff" that makes quite a difference to our situation. These include having our lightbulb moment, cutting up the credit cards and cancelling Sky and the gym.

But once we have done the bigger stuff, we often feel that we are not making the same amount of progress, when in fact the small steps are helping us form good financial habits and helping us get closer everyday to staying in control and becoming debt free, or staying debt free.

Examples could be hanging washing out instead of using the tumble dryer or leaving your purse/wallet at home to avoid the risk of spending.

So be proud of those small steps, they really are important! :money:

Morning  hurrah to another glorious day :T

Things to do today:
  • check banking x2
  • check cc
  • check onepoll
  • brekkie, lunch & dinner from stores
  • get fish out of freezer for dinner
  • type up the appraisals I have been putting off....
  • go for a nice long walk after work with oh
  • do the sewing I didn't do last night (alternations on a summer dress, take up some trousers nd repair my maxi dress
  • work out where to get some Thai Bhat before we go

Think that's my lot! Maybe more who knows??!

    - gym and walk the dogs after work
    - lunch provided by work
    - NSD?
    - try to work out cheaper dog walker option
    - email consultancy gig peeps to try to negotiate a daily rate

    I have been in hiding....but it's ok - I am back!!
OH has been away on exercise so life has been pretty hectic without him being at home so time online diminished greatly.

    - Hopefully get a free parking spot at uni later (last day for this year!!!! :j :j :j)
    - Boxercise class tonight (included in gym membership)

Hope you are all enjoying your day...not long until half term :)
