Love this bread but price is now ridiculous for a small loaf, any ideas for doing it at home especially quantities of walnuts and dates?

Never had it, but what's it like - crusty or soft, white or wholemeal, etc.
If you have a favourite bread recipe, you can just throw in a handful of chopped dates and walnuts, no need to weigh them. Knead them in after knocking the dough back after its first rise. If you use a bread machine, it'll beep to tell you when to add nuts etc.0 -
soft and brown I guess yeast loaf rather than cake quite light very fruity and quite sweet will follow your advice0
