In order to enter the competition, entrants must enter a valid email and by doing so are agreeing to receive regular email communications from Teletext Holidays. Should entrants no longer wish to receive emails from Teletext Holidays, they may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
The entrant should also supply correct contact details inorder to be contacted should they be selected as a winner.
Teletext does not sell or share your data with any other company. However for the prize winners only, we may pass your details on to our service providers and agents for the purposes of sending you the prize on our behalf.
This prize is a pair (two individual tickets) to the Capital FM Summertime Ball.
There are a total of 3 pairs of tickets to give away.
3 winners will be selected at random and each winner wil be entitled to a pair (two individual tickets) ONLY.
This competition is only valid to entrants residing in the UK and over the age of 18 years old.
Spending money, accomodation, travel to and from the event, and any other expenses incurred are not included and are the responsibility of the prize winner to settle.
The selected winners will be contacted direct to make arrangements for the tickets to be fulfilled.
The closing date is Tuesday 5th June 2012 at 11.59pm (UK time).
Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and be a resident of the UK to enter this competition.
The competition is not open to employees associated with Teletext Limited, and their Associated companies or their families.
This prize is non-transferrable and must be taken by the prize winner.
There are no cash alternatives or alternative prizes available.
In the event of the advertised competition prize being unavailable Teletext Ltd reserves the right to offer an alternative prize or prizes of equal or greater value.
The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries and will be formally notified (by email or telephone) within 1 day of the closing date.
The winners of the prize must respond within 24 hours of being notified to claim their prize. In failing to do so an alternative winner will be selected at random.
Teletext’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Competition winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity.
