Son's 8th Birthday

hi, folks, it's my son's bday on April's fools day and he's request aside from the "many requests" is a night in a hotel with swimming pool..

I tried to phone a hotel near Aviemore whre they supposed to offer the "AIM half-price leisure break" but nver get back (after asking my number for 6times)to me tell me the prices..

So, dont know where else to go..I am looking for a good but a bit cheaper hotel offer..hope someone out there has any idea..thanks:T

Got any Nectar or Clubcard points to use to get money off?

Editted to add- just remembered we got a great deal last year through Marriott -their Aberdeen hotel was dirt cheap, but turned out to be lovely and has a lovely pool area with a little gym aswell. The pool is under an atrium style canopy and some of the rooms overlook it from patio doors, you could ask for one of those. We paid with our Visa card to qualify for the cheap deal.

  • How about the hotel next to the public swimming pool in Dundee - I think it is a Hilton. It does have a pool - albeit small, but next door is a fun pool with wild water, flumes and a wave machine. Also, in walking distance is the Discovery - lots to do for an 8 year old. There is also the science place - Sensation within walking distance. My kids love to go to the skating rink near the Kingsway. Hope this helps.:j
