It seems you have to join the priority club (which is free) if you win. On the card it says draws upto December 2012, however in the terms it says draws in April, May, June, July and August 2012 so a bit confusing

1. No purchase necessary to enter the prize draw.
2. This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that fail to reach the Promoter by the closing date for any reason.
4. Only one entry per person.
5. To enter, fill in your details on the official tophoteloffers online entry form.
6. There will be five draws, one each month in April, May, June, July and August 2012. Each draw will take place at the end of the month, when a winner will be randomly drawn from that month's entries.
7. Each month, the prize is accommodation for 2 nights 'room only' for 2 people, staying at any IHG hotel, anywhere in the world, at any time in the future. The prize does not include: travel, meals, beverages, gratuities, additional accommodation expenses such as telephone calls, upgrades and incidentals, spending money or any other personal expenses which are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner and their chosen companion must be aged 18 years or over. The prize is strictly non-transferable. The prize is not redeemable for cash or exchange. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers. Accommodation is subject to availability by your chosen hotel at time of booking. The prize will be given to you in the form of a 50,000 Priority Club Points Voucher. The 2 nights example is based on staying at a Holiday Inn hotel for 2 nights at a redemption rate of 25,000 Priority Club Points per night. Some Holiday Inn hotels may require slightly less or slightly more than 25,000 Priority Club Points per night. Please check at time of booking.
8. The prize winner must be a Priority Club Member. You can join free online at www.priorityclub.com. Prize winner must register the 50,000 Priority Club Points Voucher to their member account and can then make a booking directly with IHG by calling 0800 40 50 60. You will be asked to provide your Priority Club Member Number.
9. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winner will be notified via email within 3 business days of each draw. The winner must claim their prize within 14 working days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
11. The prize winner of each draw will be announced on tophoteloffers.co.uk in the month following each draw.
12. The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
13. By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
