Pepsi Max ‘Spin the Bottle’ Festival Tickets Giveaway - Terms and Conditions
By entering the PepsiCo ‘Spin the Bottle’ Festival Tickets Giveaway entrants agree to the following terms and conditions. By taking part in this competition, all parties will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set.

1. The competition is open to all UK residents over the age of 18, excluding employees and their families of PepsiCo International Limited (“the Promoter”), its affiliated companies, their agents or other persons professionally connected with the draw.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Entrants must be registered online at https://www.pepsi.co.uk.
4. To enter, individuals need visit pepsi.co.uk and login via Facebook. Users must accept all Facebook permissions in order to use the app and enter the competition.
5. The opening date for the competition is 00.01am on 09.05.2012.
6. The closing date for the overall competition is 11.59pm on 18.08.2012. All tickets will be allocated before this point.
7. This competition is a game of chance and should individuals ‘lose‘ the challenge, they accept that the Promoter will post a ‘forfeit’ status update to their Facebook page on their behalf. These status updates can be deleted by the individual at any point immediately after posting and the individual can control the visibility of all posts once they are on the wall.
8. Individuals also agree that the app will automatically share notifications of any ‘win’ automatically on their Facebook page. Again, following posting the individual can control visibility of, or delete these updates.
9. All tickets for each festival will be allocated 1 week before the festival start date and therefore entries for that festival will be closed at this point.
10. The competition is an instant win mechanic, so all winners will be selected randomly by the game at the point of play.
11. All winners will be notified instantly via the game. On receipt of a ‘win’ notification individuals must complete all details within the form and submit this in order to claim their tickets. Should the “winner” not complete the form then tickets will be released back into the draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incorrectly supplied email addresses.
12. Periodically updates may be made to the available events and new events will be added to or removed from the prize draw options.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any events that are delayed or cancelled by a third party.
14. Only two plays of the game will be allowed per person per day. No bulk or third party entries accepted.
15. Once individuals have won tickets to an event they are excluded from entering the competition again.
16. The prize consists of two tickets to the event stipulated by the Promoter. There is no cash alternative to the stated prize and prizes are non-transferable. The prize does not include the cost of transportation to the event - winners are expected to make their own way to the event.
17. Tickets will be dispatched via Recorded Delivery to the address supplied at entry and will require a signature. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they receive and sign for their delivery. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for non-delivery or for incorrectly supplied postal address details.
18. Winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from the award of a prize.
19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for technical or other issues that cause late, partial or non-receipt of entries. Entries that are not submitted in accordance with the set terms and conditions and/or that are delayed, incomplete, altered or otherwise defective will be disqualified.
20. No alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this competition at any time with no liability to any entrant or any third party.
22. If for any reason any aspect of the Promotion does not function correctly, whether by means of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, integrity or fairness of the Promotion, then the Promoter may at its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or invalidate affected entries.
23. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the Promotion and/or prizes, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury through negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.
24. The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
25. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
26. By participating in the promotion, to the extent permissible by law, you the entrant hereby release Facebook from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to your participation in the promotion.

Just to make everyone aware of the terms, it states that a forfeit will be posted to your facebook wall if you dont win.. I couldn't find one on my wall but didnt allow the 'post as me' permission, just pressed skip and went through ok (on some apps you cant proceed if you dont allow the 'post as me' permission). It says you need to allow all permissions to play but i played with no problem.. go figure? Maybe it means i'll never win :rotfl:
