suspended from work

on monday i was suspended from my job and not sure what i should be doing,i have worked there for over 2yrs now, here are the details of what have happenend.
friday27th april . 2 people i work aside were fooling around wiyh a plastic paint lid using it as a frisbee when one of them fell over requiring 7stitches & temp cast on leg.
on our shift their are 14 people and all bar 2 have been involved in doing this before. then monday past 5 of us who are all agency workers who work at this position were took in to give statements to which i said i didnt see nothing. but we all got suspended under investigation, since then 2 men have confessed to it being them involved but we still have not heard anything regarding the rest of us,
the rest of the shift have all been interveiwed and since told that horseplay will no longer be tolerated but none of them suspended.
should i wait & see or should i be chasing it up?? any advice

The problem you have is that you are agency workers so if the company you are working at wants to let you go they can do.
The good news being that you are agency workers is that you could call the agency and see if there is any news rather than the company you are working at directly.The Googlewhacker referance is to Dave Gorman and not to my opinion of the search engine!
