Entering the promotion

2. When You enter into one of Our promotions, You accept Our terms and conditions for this competition and for Your use of the Website and Facebook. If You don’t comply with the terms and conditions, then We might (at Our discretion) have to exclude You from the competition or withhold the prize from You, so please read them carefully before You begin.

3. The promotion is open to UK and ROI residents who are 16+. It isn’t open to You if You are Our employee (or an immediate family member of one of Our employees) or if You are an employee of any of Our associates, agents, affiliates, group or subsidiary companies. Sorry.

4. The competition runs for 6 weeks from 13th April through to 18th May. The game will be open daily (Monday – Friday) from 11am – 11pm and You enter by ‘liking’ our Facebook page at , filling out the entry form then playing Our ‘Old Ja’making me laugh’ facebook game and being one of the fastest 20 to successfully reveal a laughing Jamaican – for full instructions on how to play the game go to facebook.com/oldjamaica. You can enter and play the game as many times as you want.

5. If You enter, and are successful as one of Our prize winners, We may use Your name, photograph and Your general location for Our publicity, Our youtube channel, Our twitter page, Our website and Facebook page, during this promotion and those that We run in the future.

6. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or YouTube. You are providing your information to Us, not Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for the promotion. By entering the promotion all participants accept that they have no claim against Facebook or You Tube whatsoever.

Prizes and winners

7. Each day We will collect the user data for all game entries and promote the 20 fastest users who found Our Old Jamaican on Our leaderboard. If You are one of the 20 fastest from Our leaderboard when the game closes, You will be a winner.

8. The prize for each winner of the ‘Old Ja’making me laugh’ game is a branded Old Jamaica Ginger Beer cotton bag. There are 20 prizes each day to be won.

9. If you are one of the 20 daily winners, We will notify You by email within 7 days of the date of entry to make arrangements for the prize to be sent to the UK address that You nominate and where possible, We’ll send the prize within 28 working days of the draw. In the event the claim for a prize is not received by the promoter within 28 days of such notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to the most immediately ensuing leaderboard score.

10. We won’t offer You a cash alternative to the prize. If circumstances that We can’t control mean that We aren’t able to provide the usual prizes, We will give You a prize of equal or greater value.

11. No responsibility can be taken for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.
