Terms and conditions - PUMA Prize Draw

1. This reward is for the chance to win one of 25 pairs of PUMA Women's Fitness TrainLite XT Shoes.
2. Entries will only be accepted between 01/05/2012 and 23.59 on 30/06/2012 inclusive.
3. To enter, sign up for an account on TLCrewards.co.uk and enter the code(s) from promotional packs. Illegible, incomplete, invalid, incorrectly completed entries and defective entries will not be accepted and will not be entered.
4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason.
5. The winners will be the first entrants drawn under independent supervision on 03/07/2012 from all of the valid entries. In total there are 25 prizes to be won. Prizes are:
25 x pairs of PUMA Women’s Fitness TrainLite XT Shoes.
Winners can choose from either black & green (mesh finish) or black & fuchsia colour ways.
6. The winning entrants will be notified by TLC Marketing UK Ltd, which is administering this promotion for the Promoter, within seven working days of the prize draw taking place. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winning entrant by post or email using the details provided on entry, but if this cannot be achieved within seven working days the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw entitlement and draw a further winning entrant from the valid entries.
7. Winners will be asked to confirm their shoe size & chosen colour way. Please allow 28 days for delivery.
8. No cash or other alternative to the prizes are available, and it will only be delivered to the named winner. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter and its agents reserve the right to withdraw or substitute the prizes with ones of equal or greater value.
9. The winning entrants may be required to participate in reasonable publicity and where required to do so the winners consent to cooperate with the Promoter without further recompense.
10. The names and counties of residence of the prize winners can be obtained from the Promoter for three months after the date of the draw. To obtain this information please send a self addressed envelope to Activia TLC Rewards, PO Box 468, Swansea SA1 1RH.
