1. Only open to UK, [Channel Islands and Isle of Man] residents aged 18 or over, except employees of American Express Europe Limited, PromoVeritas Limited and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.

2. Enter between 00.01 on 24 April 2012 until 23.59 on 4 June 2012 ("Promotion Period"). Within the Promotion Period there are weekly draw periods as follows, each a "Weekly Period":

Any expenses or costs not explicitly specified in these terms and conditions are excluded. For further details please see clause 10.

6. Where prize involves guest participation, all guests must be over the age of 18.

7. Prizes cannot be changed, are not transferable and no alternatives are available. In the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide similar substitutes of equal or greater value to the stated prizes.

8. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random draw from all valid entries received during the relevant Weekly Period under the supervision of PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within [5] working days of the end of the Weekly Period.

9. Winner notification: The winner will be notified by [telephone/ email] (using the details provided on entry into the promotion), within [5] working days of the end of the relevant Weekly Period. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. If winner fails to respond to communication within [15] working days of initial telephone call, or in the case of Weekly Period "e", within [5] working days, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve entrant selected in the same manner.

10. Further prize terms:
Winner will be required to provide proof of age and identity;
Guests may be required to provide proof of age;
All winners will be contacted to arrange their experiences; and all bookings will be made via the Promoter’s nominated agency and must be made at least 6 weeks in advance of proposed travel dates;
Once a booking has been confirmed no changes are permitted;
Unless otherwise stated all experience prizes must be taken by 31 December 2012;

If a booking is cancelled no alternative tickets will be issued and the tickets for that calendar year will be deemed to have been used;
For the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided;
The winner and guests are responsible for ensuring that they are in possession of appropriate insurance;
once prize details have been confirmed, the Promoter, shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter or travel companies;
All expenses not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions will be the responsibility of the winner

11. Please allow 28 days for delivery of physical prizes (from winner confirmation)

    Just wondering if that is right? The question is asking WHERE in the UK is the 60ft sea stack. The Old Man of Stoer is the NAME of the sea stack, not the location, which is Sutherland.
