Arrow Global chasing paid CCJ

hi hope i,m now on right thread , help needed . years ago bryan catrter ccj me part of a debt that is now paid (2009) NOW GETTING LETTERS FROM ARROW GLOBAL saying i owe them remainder of debt . i wrote staing i did not acknowledge the debt to them and that the ccj against the account was now paid up and that was that , i they could not get a second ccj against same account (am i right) they wrote back accepting that i had paid part payment under ccj but i did owe them the money do i now just ignore them as they can,rt do anything or cn they get another ccj for the rest

Write a roundrobin letter to all three with exactly the same wording but which references the other two. Tell them that you have received three seperate demands and if they cant get their act together, you wont pay any of them. Tell them it's a breach of OFT guidlines to be harrassing you enmass like this and if they dont get their act together, you'll report each and every one, 3 times each. Yes, I'm being facetious, but you get the idea. Send all three on the same day recorded and ensure you have proof of postage. Send a letter to the original creditor (the one who defaulted you and sold it on) telling them that three distinct entities have contacted you and to please explain which one is the real one. While you're at it, they can explain why they sold it three times to three different people, but I'll leave that one with you.

Now sit back and wait for answers.

hi this is more or less my issue all 3 of these have been involved with my ccj and i wrote the same letter to bryan carter and arrow , bryan carter wrote back saying they were no longer assigned to this debt were as arrow global say i owe them the remainding debt i think they are all one company under different names
