CCJ's on credit file

I am having problems trying to re mortgage my house that I own with my wife.
I have a CCJ, that is my wifes from September 2006 that is linked to me, a bank loan.
I paid it off in 2010.
My question if anyone can help is, when it is cleared off my record in September 2012, exactly 6 years after the 2006 default date, will it be gone completely, or will the fact that I paid it off in September, still be on my record somewhere?
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
Dan.

For what purpose are you remortgaging?
