CCJ's on credit file

I am having problems trying to re mortgage my house that I own with my wife.
I have a CCJ, that is my wifes from September 2006 that is linked to me, a bank loan.

I paid it off in 2010.

My question if anyone can help is, when it is cleared off my record in September 2012, exactly 6 years after the 2006 default date, will it be gone completely, or will the fact that I paid it off in September, still be on my record somewhere?

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
Dan.

For what purpose are you remortgaging?

What's the loan to value, and what are the exact amounts/dates of the adverse credit entries?

It drops off automatically after six years, it should not be detailed anywhere else.

Im a bit confused, is it you that has the ccj or your wife and you are just associated with her.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.
