1. The prize draw is open to all GB residents (England, Scotland, Wales) over 18 excluding employees and their immediate families of the “Promoter”, its affiliated companies, their agents or other persons professionally connected with the draw.
2. By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. To enter simply tell us your suggestion for 5 star family fun via our Facebook app at http://www.facebook.com/walkers. You will automatically be entered into the prize draw
4. No purchase necessary.
5. The opening date for receipt of entries is 00:01 April 16th 2012 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 11:59 May 6th 2012.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed. No responsibility will be taken for technical, telecommunication or website error, proof of entry is not proof of receipt.
7. Only one entry per person. No bulk, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted.
8. The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date under independent supervision on Wednesday 10th May 2012. The winners will be notified by email by no later than Friday 11th May 2012. The prizes must be claimed by Friday 18th May 2012. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winners, however, if the prize is not claimed by Friday 18th May 2012 an alternative winner will be chosen at the Promoter’s sole discretion. The first name drawn will win the main prize. The subsequent names drawn will each win a runner-up prize.
9. The prizes to be won are:There is 1 1st prize of a Halfords gift voucher for the value of £2,000 to be spent on cycles and cycle accessories.There are 100 runner-up prizes of 1 box of Walkers Baked Stars (18 packs in total, 6 of each flavour – Cheese and Onion, Salt and Vinegar and Mild Sweet Chilli)
10. The prizes are non-transferable, non refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility in relation to the prizes once they have been claimed by the winners
12. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
