Len,
Thanks-that's what I hope-at least one person lying there in bed , not sleeping, wishing they were dead will see that there IS help and that there is a way forward!
Our lives will be getting easier soon once we move as well-I just figured out or Council Tax will be £557 a year cheape, and DH has a loan finishing in May for over £200. An extra £250 a month! That'll go towards paying off DH O/D and maybe the odd treat...

Blooming heck!
That's no way to live is it?
DH's wages covered all the bills (mortgage etc) and I pay for everything else (food, kids, entertainment) and there was never ANY leeway, now there will be a bit of breathing room so HOPEFULLY less stress, plus we'll have money to invest. THEN, hopefully I can increase my DMP paymetns even more!

I was just in Mr T's buying some chocolate to see me through my essay when I saw the magazine. I just had to buy it *bang goes budget*!!!
First of all - you look stunning in the photographs. Definately try and get a copy or 7 from the magazine.
second - I really admire you for your courage to speak out. I know I couldn't do it. I am so pleased that things are looking up for you - espeically the council tax moneyI'm sure that will go a long way to keeping you positive.
third - I now have a fun magazine to procrastinate with....erm, i mean read
Good luck xxxr.mac, you are so wise and wonderful, that post was lovely and so insightful!0 -
So when do you move then?
You will be really on track then & as u say can have an odd treat which makes life bearable too.

oh it's fab! And you're gorgeous
Got this mag today and got my mum to read it out in the car. My mum is now saying she might contact the CCCS (she's not got problem debts exactly but has debts and never clears them) and says she needs to get more organised and get a plan (I was telling her about the olympic challenge!). We got so engrossed talking about you, the article and MSE that I went the wrong way 3 times!!
Fabuous. You are a fabulous person!
