Competition entry question:

Answer the question as stated in ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ and/or ‘Britain’s Got More Talent’ (the “programme”) and follow the instructions given. Eligible entries will be entered into a draw to win a prize.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Competition opens for entries via PRTS, SMS and online as stated in the programme.

· Competition closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at 4:00 p.m. as stated in the programme.

· Competition closes for entries online via the www.itv.com website at 9:00 a.m. no less than 3 working days after the closing date and time for entries via PRTS and SMS.

Competition draw date:
Within no more than 24 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.

Method & cost of entry:

· PRTS Phone - call 0904 16 19 777 and follow instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

· SMS - send a SMS text to 63323 with A, B or C to indicate their answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the competition without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text with their answer to 63323 by the competition closing date and time will be entered into the draw three (3) times for a chance to win the prize. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s first two (2) SMS text entries costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message.

· Online – go to www.itv.com and follow the instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number.

Prize:
The prize includes £10,000 (the “cash”), a trip for five (5) nights for the winner and up to three (3) companions to Bovey Castle (the “trip”) and a MINI Cooper (the “car”). Further details on each element of the prize are as follows:

A cheque for £10,000 (ten thousand pounds) made payablein the name of the winner only and deliverable to the winner within 28 days of winner confirmation.

The cash element of the prize may require a signature upon delivery and is provided by ITV Consumer Limited, The London Television Centre, Upper Ground, London SE1 9LT.

Trip

A trip for the winner and three (3) companions for five (5) nights to Bovey Castle in Dartmoor National Park, to include:

· Five (5) nights accommodation for the winner and their companions based upon the winner and their companions sharing a family room (sleeps two adults and two children aged fourteen (14) years or younger) or two (2) twin or double rooms (subject to availability). Interconnecting rooms are available if required, and subject to availability an upgrade to lodge accommodation may be offered at the time of booking;

· Breakfast on each morning of the trip;

· A three (3) course dinner on one (1) evening of the trip at the Edwardian Grill (excluding drinks);

· A choice of activities during the trip, from bike hire, archery, tennis and golf (all are included although the winner and their companions may choose just those which they wish to take up). Activities should be booked prior to arrival and anyone aged under sixteen (16) will need to be accompanied by an adult on the golf course;

· A gourmet picnic basket for a day out in the British countryside; and

· Two hundred and fifty pounds (£250) towards the cost of petrol for the trip.

The trip element of the prize must be taken up within eight (8) months of winner confirmation and is subject to availability and is not available on blackout dates on bank holidays or over the Christmas and New Year period. Blackout dates are 5-7 May 2012, 2-5 June 2012, 4-6 August 2012, 25-27 August 2012 and 22 December 2012-5 January 2012 (all inclusive). The winner must provide twenty-one (21) working days notice of their preferred travel dates to the Prize Provider. Please note that the winner will need a valid credit or debit card to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

Where the winner’s companion(s) is/are aged under 18 years old, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over when taking up the trip element of the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companions when taking up the trip element of the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The trip element of the prize excludes additional transportation, travelling expenses not specified above, accommodation, excursions, meals and drinks not included in the prize, and excludes attractions, treatments, hotel charges, souvenirs, room service, car hire, personal expenses and other charges, fees, expenses and costs not included.

Car

The car is a MINI Cooper 1.6 in Chilli Red, and includes the first years’ road tax, thirty pounds (£30) worth of fuel and insurance for seven (7) days. The car will be delivered within 10 weeks of confirmation of the winner, to their home address in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man. The winner will need a driver’s licence to take delivery of the car although the car can be signed over to another named driver with a driver’s licence if required.
