Occupational maternity pay, please help

Hi
Need some help with OMP, my wife gets paid omp every month but has to repay it if she does not return to work after 1 year. This works out around £6k
My question is what happens to the tax and NI she has paid on the OMP if we have to repay it? Does she get it back?

She would only have to pay back the difference between SMP and the enhanced maternity pay she has hadAug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00
