The closing date for entry is 17:00 GMT +1 on 4th April 2012.
You will depart from London Heathrow on April 28th and will return on May 21st 2012. All flights, transfers, travel insurance, visa costs, accommodation, food and beverages will be covered by the expedition organisers*. We will also provide top-layers such as fleeces and wind-proof jackets, but not the basics such as walking boots and
under-layers.

What`s included and what`s not included in the Prize?
Each winner will win an expedition for one to Everest Base Camp. The Prize as described below is available on the date of publication of these terms and conditions.
The Prize includes:

• Economy class return flights and/or ground transportation to London Heathrow from the major UK airport located closest to the winner`s main residence.
• All costs relating to the application for a visa required to travel to the destination and travel insurance.
• Economy class return flights from London Heathrow to Kathmandu.
• Economy class return flights from Kathmandu to Lukla.
• All food and beverages for the duration of the expedition.
• £100 in Nepalese currency for the winner to spend on incidental items and personal expenses for the duration of the expedition.
• 17 day trek to Everest Base Camp, acclimatising to the altitude along the route, including two rest days.
• Four day stay at Everest Base Camp, including a live online whisky tasting event.
• All accommodation and sleeping incidentals (e.g. sleeping bag, travel pillow, mattress etc.) for the trip will be provided. Accommodation is subject to availability and is likely to include tea-houses or tents.
• Medical support will be provided for the duration of the expedition.
• All trekking clothing and equipment should it be required (e.g. hiking boots and jackets) will be provided up to the value of £1,000, from a preferred supplier of the Promoter.
