APPLIANCES ONLINE New World Ovens COMPETITIONS: TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. No Purchase Necessary. 2. Competition details form part of these terms and conditions. 3. The Competition starts on Friday 30th March 2012 and Closes Monday 16th April 2012 at 4pm. Entries received after this time will not be put forward for the draw. 4. Entry is open to residents of the UK except employees (and their families) of Appliances Online, the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with either Appliances Online or the competitions. 5. The Prizes are a 2 x New World Oven + 2 x Hobs to be drawn (Each winner will get a oven + hub bundle), and 10 Morphy Richards kettles (each winner will win 1 kettle). The draws will take place on Thursday 5/4 at 4pm and Monday 16/4 at 4pm. 6. In order to participate in the first draw you have to enter before Thursday 5/4 at 4pm. In order to participate in the second draw you have to enter before Monday 16th April at 4pm. Entrants from the first draw will have to enter again after Thursday 5/4 4pm to be counted for the second draw. 7. The winners can choose their oven model/colour from the product range in this page: http://www.appliancesonline.co.uk/newworld-colours-collection-british-ovens If the chosen model is out of stock, the winner will be contacted and will be able to choose another model from the list above. The Kettle winners won’t be able to choose the colour or the model of the kettle. 8. The question changes every day (Monday to Friday – 10 Questions in total) and daily entries are welcome. Extra entries are allowed but max 10 entries will be counted in the draw. There won’t be any disqualification for too many entries. 8. Due to nature of competition entries shall not be returned. 9. The Oven + Hob winner(s) will be contacted during the live streams on Thursday 5/4 and Monday 16/4 and via email. The Kettle winners will be contacted via Email. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted within 48 hours, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the runner(s)-up selected by the same judges. 10. Failure to respond and/or provide details for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize. 11. The decision of the promoter/ is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision. 12. The prizes are as stated, are not transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
13. Appliances Online will deliver the oven + hob to the winner but won’t install them. The winner will have to use a gas/electric engineer to connect the products. Appliances Online won’t cover these expenses. 14. The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name, location and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by Appliances Online relating to any post-winning publicity, including posting a photo of the product installed in their kitchen. 15. Use of a false name or details will result in disqualification. 16. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition, no group, mass or software entries will be accepted. 17. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void. 18. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit. 19. The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter these terms of competitions at any time and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition. 20. If you are not able to take a phone call when they are running the live stream they will pick another winner there and then.

Thay had a lot of negative comments in previous comps for not making this clear. Live stream runs from 4pm today so stand by your phones and Good Luck.
