CCJ's

Hi
I have a couple of really old CCJ's (from the mid 90's) which I have still been paying. Is there a time limit on these and what will happen if I stopped paying.
One of them, Barclays, can not be found by Barclays nor is there any record at Northampton county court.
I wrote to them asking for a suspension in payment as I am not working but am not getting very far

Not much. You will still owe the money but not much will happen. Have they frozen the interest and stopped any further charges from being applied to the account?
If you can't afford to continue to pay them then stop paying them. They'll soon chase you if they want to then you can negotiate a reduced settlement.:footie:Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.
