cheers for a great comp. I couldn't get the T&Cs to open up as it's not certain whether we enter each week or if one entry carries forward into each draw. I've posted a comment on their wall asking them so if they get back to me & it's weekly entry I'll post a link in the weely thread

T&Cs

By participating in the New iPad Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules, which are final and binding. To enter, complete and submit the online entry form.
Only one entry per person or Facebook account. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Entries that contain errors, are incomplete, corrupted or illegible will not be accepted. Estate.com cannot be held responsible for computer system hardware, software or program errors, or other failures in computer transmissions or network connections for any entries lost or delayed through email.
Entrants must be at least 16 years of age or older on their date of entry, and must be a resident of the Untied Kingdom.

Employees of Estate.com, staff and families of related suppliers, tour agents, sponsors, advertising, promotion and production agencies, and their agents and immediate families (spouses, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) are not eligible to participate in the prize drawing.
The closing date for an entry is:

• Week One will be 2nd April 2012 at 11:59pm
• Week Two will be 9th April 2012 at 11:59pm
• Week Three will be 16th April 2012 at 11:59pm
• Week Four will be 23rd April 2012 at 11:59pm

Winners will be selected in a random drawing for:

• Week One on the 3nd April 2012
• Week Two on the 10th April 2012
• Week Three on the 17th April 2012
• Week Four on the 24th April 2012

Drawing will be conducted by Estate.com, whose decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be notified on the dates above via email and through the Estate.com Facebook Page. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and another winner picked at random.
The prize must be taken by specified dates, see below prize details.
Prize: See specific prize details below. Prizes are not transferable and no substitutions or cash equivalents are permitted. If the prize is not claimed within the specified time limit the prize will be forfeited. Entrants waive the right to claim as a cost of winning any prize, any and all costs or expenses associated with redemption.
The prize winner must accept that his/her name and/or likeness may be announced in Estate.com literature or on the Internet for publicity or advertising purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
By accepting any prize, the winner agrees to and releases Estate.com and its employees and agencies, representatives, affiliates and subsidiaries, advertising, promotions agents of each of the above, from all liability of any type whatsoever.
Estate.com reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any Sweepstakes should virus, computer hackers, or any other cause beyond its control impede the administration and or security of such sweepstakes.
Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, other than the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of legal action.
The Estate.com new iPad Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. By accepting these terms and conditions each entrant fully releases Facebook from any liability. All data collected during the Estate.com’s new iPad Sweepstakes is the property of Estate.com, not Facebook.
