My first house.. four reductions now and still not sold.

First house I bought back in the 90's has now been on the market for 10 months, lovely little village in Cambs, would love to give a link and location, but can't because of one stalking nutter on here:)

Was put on at £163k, then reduced to £159k, then to £150k..

This morning it was reduced to £142.

Not making any points or giving any views, just sharing anecdotal evidence:)

Anecdotal evidence doesn't count.

Rightmove's latest report shows a rise in asking prices, so the price drops you are seeing must be printing errors.

The house I am talking about is in Kimbolton, its on rightmove right now along with the reductions, nowhere near orton longueville you !!!!!! (-:
And I am sure someone as sad as you will probably ring the estate agent to confirm the information
