Debts and Don't know what to do.

Hi All
Well I am back, I thought I was doing very well!
Until I realised today that I am standing still and not making any progress all of a sudden.
I know that as of April that my rent (shared owner) is going up by at least £20.00 and that we have some more bills that are due.
Now I am just paying everything, just about
I have been on arrangement to pay but then I managed to catch up at only 2 missed payments, I did this because I need a new mortgage as the shared ownership thing is costing us in rent and I feel it's a complete con.
Anyway I just don't know what to do, don't want to default but want to be debt free and start a fresh.
Also we have set up a new catering trailer, we had the trailer ages, but now it's ready and I need some spare cash to make this work, but I don't have any and don't want to sell as this was something that we built from scratch and hoped that we could make work, I think we can, but I don't want to wait any longer.
Am I just mad?
