THE GAME
3. The promotion starts at 18:05 (GMT) on 22nd March 2012 and the Closing Date for receipt of entries is 18:00 (GMT) on 12th April 2012 (the Promotion Period). There will be 21 games in total during the Promotion Period. Each game will start at 18:05 (GMT) each day and end at 18:00 (GMT) the next day (the ‘Playing Hours’)
4. To enter: visit www.flushoffortune.com and register via Facebook Connect. Only one registration via Facebook Connect per person is required to participate in all of the individual games. For the avoidance of doubt a validly registered person can play all of the individual games.
5. The first game commences at 18:05 GMT on 22.03.2012 and there will be one game starting at 18:05 each day and ending at 18:00 the next day until the Closing Date. Winners will win one of the prizes in accordance with the rules set out below.
6.Rules of the Game :

6.1 There will be 21 games in total. Once registered via Facebook Connect, players will need to click ‘Join the Game’ to participate in each individual game during the Playing Hours.
6.2 For each game, all players that have joined that game will gain a place on the wheel, as indicated by their profile picture in one of the slots. The wheel will spin continually for the duration of each game.
6.3 Players can invite friends to join the game. For each new user introduced to the game, the player receives a ‘Tactical Item’ to use at any point throughout the game. The more people invited the more Tactical Items allocated, up to a maximum of three. Tactical Items consist of ‘Turbo’ which allows the player to speed up the game wheel, ‘Slow’ which allows the player to slow down the game wheel or ‘Reverse’ which allows the player to reverse the game wheel.
6.4 Players will receive a ‘Game Ending Soon’ email 15 minutes before the end of the game encouraging them to follow the final minutes of the game and use their ‘Tactical Item’ if they haven’t already used them.
6.5 Towards the end of each game, the game will enter a ‘Lock down’ period, which marks the final 15-20 seconds of the game. During ‘Lock down’, the prize meter will stop, the ‘Tactical items’ will be disabled and the ball will stop in one of the toilets. The game wheel will slow down and stop.
6.6 Each game will commence at 18:05 GMT and end at 18:00 GMT the following day, lasting 23hrs and 55 minutes each. Each day, the wheel will stop and the person whose face matches up to the toilet with the ball in it will win the Daily Prize.
6.7 Approximately 5 minutes after the previous game, at approximately 18:05 GMT, a new game will start and Players will need to click ’Join the Game’ to participate in subsequent games. ‘Tactical items’ cannot be carried over to a new game from an earlier game.
7. Daily Prize: The prize for each day of the promotion will range from a minimum of £100 up to a maximum of £1000, the exact value will be determined by the number of players participating in that game:

£100: 0-200 people playing
£250: 201-500 people playing
£500: 501-750 people playing
£750: 751-1000 people playing
£1000: 1001+ people playing

8. The Daily Prize will be indicated on the prize bar on the website. A maximum of one cash prize can be won during the Promotion per household.
9. Game play and start times will be overseen by an independent promotional verification service, PromoVeritas.
10 No responsibility is accepted for entries or game plays lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of transmission, posting or sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
11 No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete, or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
12 The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify entrants which it considers to have not complied with the rules of this promotion or reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this promotion.
13 The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age, and other relevant details of a participant.
14 By entering this promotion the participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
15 The winners will be notified by email within 2 days of the end of the Game. The winners must claim their prize within 3 days of the notification by responding to the notification and providing their contact details. If a prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer an unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected randomly by an independent judge from the pool of players that participated in the game that the unclaimed prize relates to.
16 Once winners have been selected, the prize will be paid by cheque sent via post within 28 days of the winner providing their contact details. The winners’ details (name and county) will be made available on request to those writing to
