We are looking for 10,000 people to experience Lucozade Revive for free. This offer is available while stocks last. Please respond early to avoid disappointment.
This offer is subject to the completion of an online survey. If you are one of the luck people selected as a trialist you will be notified upon completion of the survey. Trialists will then be asked to submit their address details in order to receive the free sample.

If you are successful on completion of this survey you will be given a free full size (380ml) bottle of Lucozade Revive to try.
We have 10,000 full size bottles of new Lucozade Revive to give away and we want to find out what you think of it. We want to witness your revival.

Lucozade Revive is all about energising your afternoon so our survey is only open between 3 and 4 pm Monday to Friday.
