Essential terms and conditions - Ultimate Prize

1. All entrants to the competition to win the Ultimate Prize must be at least 18 years or over. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the age of entrants.
2. The Game and the competition to win the Ultimate Prize is currently open to residents of the countries listed within the Terms and Conditions outlined on the ‘How to Play’ tab on the home page of predictor.castroledgerankings.com only. However, at a later stage, the Game and the opportunity to win the Ultimate Prize will also be open to other eligible entrants in eligible countries (please see the separate tabs on the Website from time to time and at any time for eligible countries) and subject to the Terms, all eligible entrants who are playing the Game will have the opportunity to win the Ultimate Prize at the end of the official 2012 Formula 1 season as determined by the FIA. The Game and competition relates to the 2012 Formula 1 season that commences on March 16, 2012 at the Australian Grand Prix and concludes on November 25, 2012 at the Brazilian Grand Prix. The competition starts at 00.59 (GMT) on 07/03/2012 and closes at 15.55 (GMT) on 24/11/12.
3. Residents of the following countries are not eligible to play the Game or take part in the competition to win the Ultimate Prize: Belgium, Burma/Myanmar, Cuba, Hong Kong, Iraq, Israel, Portugal, Somalia, South Korea, Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe.
4. Entries for predictions close five minutes before the start of qualifying on the Saturday (GMT) before each of the official 2012 Formula 1 Grand Prix races commencing on Saturday March 17, 2012 and concluding on Saturday 24 November 2012. The winner of the Ultimate Prize will be the person with the highest scores from all Formula 1 races that occurred during the official 2012 Formula 1 season at the close of the season (as determined by FIA). In the event of a tie i.e. more than one player has the same top scores, the person who submitted predictions for the 2012 Australian Grand Prix earliest will be deemed the winner.
5. The Ultimate Prize is the winner's choice of Castrol EDGE motorsport experiences from the list as stated above, for two adults, to the value of £20,000 (approximately AUD29,400 (inc GST)). No purchase of any sort is necessary and there is no charge for playing the Game and/or entering the competition to win the Ultimate Prize. To be eligible to win the Ultimate Prize entrants must abide by the Terms. Failure to comply with the Terms may result in immediate disqualification.
6. No cash alternative. The Ultimate Prize cannot be transferred, deferred or exchanged and must be taken (or rejected) as awarded.
7. By participating in the Game which shall be deemed acceptance of the Terms, the winner and redeemer of the Ultimate Prize consents to any publicity generated worldwide as a result of winning the Ultimate Prize without notice or any fee being paid.
8. Entries not fully complying with these conditions of entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winners. The judges' decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The terms and conditions of entry and eligibility are further set out in the rules of the Game as specified in the ‘How to Play’ section of the Website, the terms and conditions on the tabs on the Website relevant to the country where you are a citizen and/or reside and/or happen to be at the time you make your entry and in the General Terms.
10. For the purposes of these Essential Terms and Conditions words and expressions defined in the General Terms have the same meanings herein unless expressly stated otherwise.
