HI everybody...

I like to womble for Asda receipts.
Last year in MSE there was an article about a guy that wombled receipts from Asda and Tesco and he gave any money from the womble receipts to charity.
At the time OH was told by 1 Asda store that he couldnt womble for receipts, so I emailed and called Asda HO about this and was told in the email "Yes" I can womble for receipts.

Well now a few months down the line OH has been told again by the same Asda that he couldnt womble for receipts..
So I decided to email them with the question "Is it ok to pick up receipts left by other people in trollies and on the ground?"

First email sent on 22 Feb 2012, still no reply
Second email sent 26 Feb 2012, still no reply and
Third email sent 28 Feb 2012, still no reply..

I think they are just avoiding the question.

Has anyone else had any problems??

On another occasion my OH went to buy somthing in Asda and he went to use 3 APG... the cashier was putting through the 2nd APG when a supervisor came along and said to OH he had to go to CS.
At CS he was told he had to produce the credit card he had used for each receipt before he could use the APG... OH just left his purchases and went

I have seen myself the trolly men pick up receipts and put it into their own pockets.
