• The Thomas Cook 'Pack & Win!' game offers players the chance to win one of six holiday prize competitions.
  
• To enter, players must 'Like' the Thomas Cook UK Facebook page (www.facebook.com/thomascook) and go to the 'Pack & Win!' tab.
• Players select one competition to enter each time they play the game.
• The top scorer for each competition when it ends wins that holiday prize (closing dates and full details below).
• Players may not win more than one holiday prize and only their best game score in all competitions will be eligible to win. Hence if a player wants to change the prize he/she is competing for, he/she will need to improve on his/her previous best score – and that previous score will be automatically removed.
• If there are tied top scorers when a competition closes, the winner will be selected by random prize draw.
• Players will be allowed 3 plays per day, then 3 more if they share the game with their Facebook friends.
• The 'Pack & Win' game is being promoted via several different websites, e-mail communications, PR, PPC and online display activity.

Game and prize details

• The Thomas Cook 'Pack & Win!' game offers players the chance to win one of six holiday prize competitions.

Participation

• No purchase is necessary to enter a competition and play the 'Pack & Win!' game.
• Each competition is open only to UK residents aged 18 or over, with the exception of the Club 18-30 competition which is only open to those aged 17 -35 years.
• Employees of any company within the Thomas Cook group and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
• Entrants accept that they may be required to take part in PR should they win a prize.
• Promoter accepts no responsibility for any inability to play the game or any failure of or interruption to the game during play due to reasons beyond its control, including but not limited to interruption of Internet access or other technical failures.
• Promoter accepts no liability for loss or damage that may occur to any hardware or software used by entrants who play the game.
• Promoter reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate any competition if necessary due to the detection of any computer virus, tampering or bugs.
• Any player who is found to have fraudulently achieved a top score or who has not fully complied with these terms and conditions will be automatically disqualified.
• By entering a competition(s) the player agrees to sign up to and receive offers and eNewsletters from Thomas Cook Group companies.

• The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Entry implies acceptance of all these competition terms and conditions.

• In exceptional circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the promotion prior to the competition closing date.

Announcement of winners

• The winner will be notified within 14 days of the closing date of each competition using the e-mail address he/she provided.
• Winners names may be published on Facebook and in other media, and a list of winners' names can be obtained by writing to the Promoter once all the competitions have closed.

Affiliate cashback

• Whether or not a player wins, he/she can receive an exclusive Internet cash back rate should they choose to book a holiday via the Thomascook.com web site.
• That cash back rate can be claimed by clicking on the affiliate partner link on the post-play game screen. Full terms and conditions for cash back are stated on that partner's web site.

General Terms & Conditions Relevant To All Holiday Prizes:

• Travel dates will be subject to availability at the time of booking the prize.
• Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of being notified. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited.
• The winner must be one of the people who travels on the prize holiday - prize cannot be transferred.
• The prize must be taken as offered and there is no cash or other alternative to the prize.
• The winner and their travelling companion are each responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport to travel and any necessary visa, and that they hold adequate travel insurance.
• The holiday prizes do not include the cost of travel insurance, spending money or any other items or expense not specifically stated within the prize description. All such costs/expenses will be the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion.
• Each holiday prize is subject to the relevant tour operator's own booking conditions in addition to these competition terms and conditions.
• In the event that the exact holiday prize as described cannot be provided for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, an alternative prize of equal or higher value will be provided.

Thomas Cook - Las Vegas Prize

• There will be one prize which will consist of a package holiday operated by Thomas Cook Tour Operations Limited (ATOL 1179, ABTA V6896). The holiday will be for 7 nights' accommodation in one standard room at the Luxor hotel, Las Vegas on a room only basis for 2 adults and includes flights from Manchester Airport, subject to availability. Valid for departures between 01/09/2012 to 31/10/2012.
• Entries must be made in accordance with the entry instructions and must be received no later than 23:00 on 13/07/2012.

Cruise Thomas Cook - New York Prize

• There will be one prize which will consist of a package holiday operated by Cunard Line(ABTA V8764, ATOL 6294). The holiday will be for 7 nights' onboard Cunard's Queen Mary 2 on an full board basis for 2 adults departing from Southampton. Cruise number: M210 Westbound Transatlantic. Prize includes flights on 17/06/2012 from a New York airport to a London airport (airports TBC subject to availability at time of booking). Valid for departure on 10/06/2012 only.
• Entries must be made in accordance with the entry instructions and must be received no later than 23:00 on 20/04/2012.

Airtours - Majorca Prize

• There will be one prize which will consist of a package holiday operated by Airtours, a trading name of Thomas Cook Tour Operations Ltd (ABTA V6896 ATOL 1179). The holiday will be for 7 nights' accommodation for up to 2 adults and 2 children (up to 12 years) sharing one standard room at the 3* plus Skorpios Marina, in Majorca on an all-inclusive basis and includes charter flights from selected UK airports, subject to availability. Valid for departures between 01/05/2012 to 31/05/2012 (excluding departures between 04/05/2012 to 07/05/2012).
• Entries must be made in accordance with the entry instructions and must be received no later than 23:00 on 20/04/2012.

Club 18 -30 - Ibiza Prize

• There will be one prize which will consist of a package holiday operated by Club 18-30, a trading name of Thomas Cook Tour Operations Ltd (ABTA V6896, ATOL 1179). The holiday will be for 7 nights' accommodation for 2 people in one standard room at the Hotel Apolo San Antonio Bay Ibiza on a bed and breakfast basis and includes charter flights from either Gatwick or Manchester, subject to availability. Valid for departures between 01/06/2012 to 15/06/2012.
• The winners will be treated as VIP Club 18-30 guests and receive free entry to all Club 18-30 events excluding gig and club tickets.
• Entries must be made in accordance with the entry instructions and must be received no later than 23:00 on 04/05/2012.

Neilson Ski - Chalet Prize

• There is one prize of a package holiday operated by Neilson Ski, a trading name of Thomas Cook Tour Operations Ltd (ABTA 6896, ATOL 1179). Prize is valid for travel in winter 12/13 up to April 2013 on off-peak dates (excludes Christmas, New Year, half term and Easter).
• The prize includes return flights from London, resort transfers and 7 nights accommodation for 2 adults sharing at a Neilson Chalet (specific chalet selected is subject to availability). Chalet catered (Daily breakfast and afternoon tea and cake and three-course evening meals with wine on 6 nights).
• Entries must be made in accordance with the entry instructions and must be received no later than 23:00 on 13/07/2012.
• Travel Insurance is not included in the prize, but is a requirement of booking the holiday and must be obtained by the winner and their companion prior to travel.
• The prize holiday must be booked directly with Neilson Holidays. The prize must be booked within one month of winner being notified.

Thomas Cook - Games Break London 2012 Prize

• The prize includes:
  • Two category E tickets to the Women's Volleyball Preliminaries on 30/07/2011 at Earls Court
  • Two category D tickets to the Men's Handball Preliminaries on 31/07/2011 at the Handball Arena
  • One night at the Holiday Inn Express Earls Court for two adults staying in a twin room
• The prize does not include travel to London or from London.
• Prize is subject to full LOCOG terms and conditions and London 2012 terms and conditions.
• London 2012 reserves the right to change event session times and events without prior notice. Thomas Cook is not responsible for London 2012 events, session changes and London 2012 venue attendance restrictions. Prize ticket allocation and session times are correct at time of publishing.
