Hotel Chocolat are not responsible for entries which are incomplete or illegible, or which are lost or delayed in transit or fail to be properly submitted
The winning entries will be drawn at random and are final.
No correspondence will be entered into.

You and your chosen guest will be responsible for transport to London and all other personal expenses
The prize is available up to the end of November 2012 (subject to availability) but excludes Christmas, New Year and Bank Holiday periods and once booked cannot be amended

If you (as the winner) are under the age of 18 years old, you must be accompanied by at least one adult aged 18 years of age or older
