Loft & Cavity £39 What's the catch ?

Hi,

Deal on Groupon today for Loft & Cavity insulation for £39.
Bought loads of Groupon deals and it's usually things that rely on people returning at the normal price. Can't spot the reason they would do this at such a price. Am I missing something.

They are probably heavily subsidised, there are deals for free nowadays via some of the utilities. I am having mine done for free but I had to wait 4 months!

Thanks for that. I thought that you had to be on certain benefits. Will have a look at the EDF offer. Thanks again

I thought you had to be on benefits too - there's quoter here for grants for insulation but the pull down option shows a list of benefits. Unless of course you're over 70

Found that BG were doing it for free as well. I've got to wait until April for my survey but in no rush.
