The 5 overall leaders at the end of the comp. will win one of the 5 main prizes. There is a weekly random draw from all entrants to win an iPad each week.

This promotion is open to residents of Great Britain AND UK, Isle of Man, Channel Island and Republic of Ireland residents, aged 16 years or over. If aged 16, permission from a parent/legal guardian is required. Proof of age may be required. Employees (or family members of employees) of any British Sky Broadcasting Group company ("Sky"), companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter the Promotion. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Facebook are in no way responsible for any aspect of this promotion.
To enter this promotion, you must watch and/or share one of clips via the Sky Watch and Win Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/sky, enter your details when prompted to do so.
Each time the entrant views a clip they will earn 50 points. Each time an entrant "shares" a clip they will earn 100 points. (In order to "share" a clip, the entrant must click the "share" option button on the Facebook page and select one or more friends. The friend(s) must then accept the app for the "share" to be valid and for the entrant to gain the 100 points.
The five entrants who earn the most points during the Promotion Period will be the overall winners. In the event that two or more of the Overall Winners have the same number of points, their ranking will be determined through the use, by the Promoter, of an independently judged prize draw. (For example, if two people have the same top score, the entrant who is selected in the prize draw will remain in first place and the other entrant will move to second place).
The Overall Winners will win one of the following prizes depending on their final ranking:

First place (rank 1) - 1 x 3D Home Cinema system (LG 47LW550T 47 inch Cinema 3D LED Television + LG HT306SF 5.1Ch DVD Home Cinema System)

Second place (rank 2) – 1 x 3DTV (LG 47LW650T 47" Full HD LED 3D TV)

Fourth place (rank 4) - 1 x Mac book Pro (13-inch: 2.4 GHz)

Fifth place (rank 5) – 1 x HD TV (LG 50PT353K 50" HD Ready Plasma TV)

This promotion opens on Monday 30 January at 9.30am and closes at 9.29am on Monday 26 March.
Within this promotion are 8 weekly competitions. Each weekly competition will open at 9.30am on Monday and close at 9.29am the following Monday on the following dates; Monday 30 January, Monday 6 February, Monday 13 February, Monday 20 February, Monday 27 February, Monday 5 March, Monday 12 March, Monday 19 March and Monday 26 March. In order to enter a Weekly Prize Draw, entrants must view a new clip during that week.
Winners of the Weekly Prize Draws will be notified by email on the day of the draw. The Overall Winners will be notified by Friday 30 March 2012.
Each Weekly Prize Draw winner will win an iPad 2 (iPad 2 with Wi-Fi 16GB). Winners will be selected at random by an independent adjudicator, from all eligible entries received by the Promoter. For further enquiries, please contact skycompetitions@spreadingjam.com

I hate competitions like this. It always ends in tears The weekly draw for the iPad is fair, but you are going to have to annoy your friends to accumulate the most points for the top prizes. The prizes are worth the annoyance factor though
