Using Chrome I get a thanks for both celeb angels comps. Using IE9 I don't get a thanks for this one but I think (ie. not 100% sure) that your entry has gone through OK.

This is something to do with the URLs of this comp before/after submitting being the same whereas on the other comp they are different.
