I got this in an E-Mail today ,but It is only showing half the page for me and I can't see the submit button or terms:eek:

It's a game but you can skip through to a question (Answer 1888) that leads to entry form ,so not sure if it will be the same for everyone as it was for me
If anyone can find an end date please let me know

I pressed Ctrl and - (at same time) to make the print and form smaller and was able to see the rest of the boxes and the submit button
