Help please - I haven't received my prize :(

Hi all,
I hope i'm posting in the right place (sorry if not!)
I received an email on 18th December that said...
Hi Katie,
Congratulations, you have won today's 12 Days of Christmas Beauty Treats -a Giovanni Triple Treat Gift Set. Please reply to this email with your address and we will get your prize sent out to you.
So I replied straight away and thought i'd wait till after xmas and new year with the post as I probably wouldn't get it before. I emailed on 3rd Jan asking if my prize had been sent out and they didn't respond so I emailed again on 6th Jan asking the same and saying my previous email hadn't been answered. They then replied back on the 6th saying they can confirm that my prize had been sent out and I should receive it in a couple of days.I waited until 10th January and emailed again to say that I hadn't received it, to which she replied on the 12th to ask for my address again as I should have received it and she would look into this further for me. I emailed again on the 17th asking if she had heard anything and since then i've had no response. I just feel like i'm being fobbed off, what can I do? It was from the Skin nutrition advent by the way.
