WIN a year's supply of Indulgence from Mackie's!
1. All entries received will be entered into a random prize draw to win the first prize. First prize is a whole year supply of Mackie’s ice cream and Mackie’s crisps. The prizes are delivered in voucher format; two prize booklets one contains 52 vouchers for a 1 litre tub of Mackie’s ice cream and the other contains 52 vouchers for a 150g bag of Mackie’ s crisps. The vouchers are redeemable in most UK stockists (expect Lidl). Mackie’s ice cream is available widely throughout the UK, however crisps are only widely available in Scotland. If the crisp winner resides in England or Wales, and do not have a local stockist, they may opt to receive 4 boxes of 12 large bags of crisps - which can be delivered in minimum units of one box at a time. The crisps will only be delivered to a UK address. 50 Runner up prizes of 6 x 1 litres of ice cream and 12 x 150g bag of crisps will be issued. The prizes will be issued as vouchers; which can be used in any UK stockist in exchange for a free 150g bag of crisps and free 1 litre tub of Mackie’s ice cream. There will be no alternative to the runner up prizes.
2. The prize is non-transferrable, and is as stated; No cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
3. Draw closes 31st January 2012
4. Limited to one entry per household; No third party or bulk entries will be accepted. Open to all UK residents except employees and their immediate families of Mackie’s of Scotland, Mackie’s of Scotland or their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion
5. No purchase necessary.
6. One first prize winner for the draw will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all entries received by 31/01/2012 and notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date. A response must be received within one month of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of the prize, and another winner will be drawn. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. No responsibility can be taken for any entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to internet connection issues or systems failure or anything else that prevents entries being received. Proof of online entry or postage does not constitute proof of delivery.
