Hi all,
I cleaned up my credit files over the last year, but I have 3 CCJ's which are showing outstanding. How do I go about changing these to settled?
Regards

Usually a CCJ from before your bankruptcy cannot be marked as settled due to the BR. Unlike defaults.
If it's from before your BR though, it doesn't really matter whether it says settled or not.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

So, how do you clear up a CCJ that is not due to BR? TIA0

Pay it. Then apply to the court for a certificate of satisfaction. Will then be marked as settled on your credit report for 6 years from the initial judgement date.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
